Our main hobby (and what we are studying at University) is archaeology, and with my technical background I am most interested in GIS.

Archaeology has numerous academic facets to it , but essentially asks questions like…

• What is this thing I’ve found?
• Who made it?
• What was it for?
• Is it the only one here?
• Is it the only thing here?
• What were the people doing here?
• Were there more of these and was it because this was a gathering place or town?
• How far does this town extend?
• When was it here?
• Was there anything here beforehand?
